| 内容記述 | Quadriplegic paitients’ difficulty speaking to communicate their needs and intentions to their caregivers is an important issue. Communication problems affect quadriplegic patients’ independence as well as their overall quality of life. In this report, we developed a simple gadget for recording and playback hardware. We report our findings on the improvements of QOL (Quality of Life) of the patients using this gadget. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 四肢麻痺患者や発話困難者等の意思伝達は、介護者との意思伝達や自立支援に重要な課題である。本報告ではPC 等に依存せず、操作が簡便かつ安価な簡易式録音再生装置ハードウェアを作成した。本装置を用いて患者のQOL 向上に関する検討を行ったので報告する。 | |||||
