 note = {Quadriplegic paitients’ difficulty speaking to communicate their needs and intentions to their caregivers is an important issue. Communication problems affect quadriplegic patients’ independence as well as their overall quality of life. In this report, we developed a simple gadget for recording and playback hardware.
