The first problem is a change of the employment structure including the increase in part-time and contract employees. The second problem is a change of the discourse about abilities expected in society in the future. The third problem is identifying what conditions are important in the career education for today’s youth.}, pages = {61--71}, title = {「今後の学校におけるキャリア教育・職業教育の在り方について」(中教審答申)からみるキャリア教育の課題と展望}, year = {2015}, yomi = {ホリ, ケンイチロウ} }
